Return Policy

At Peaz N' Carrots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind you can reach out to us to request a return. You can return any unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags intact within 30 days of delivery.  

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage. Also, keep in mind that items such as discounted products, and holiday merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless there's a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake made by us. In such cases, we'll email you a return shipping label and refund your total less the shipping fee. Please note that we don't refund original shipping fees and we require proof of purchase for all returns.

Processing your return

We process returns as quickly as we can, but please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refund to be issued.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

Please ensure that the address you enter for your package is accurate to avoid any delay in receiving it. We cannot be held responsible for any packages sent to an incorrect address if you make a mistake while entering the shipping address. If you need to make changes to the shipping address, please contact us at hello@peazncarrots.com. However, please note that we cannot guarantee changes to the address as most orders are processed and shipped the following day. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make any address changes. In the event that your package is returned to us, we can re-ship your order (additional shipping fees will apply) or issue a credit, minus shipping and processing fees. Please note that Peaz N' Carrots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer. Sometimes the carrier will say "delivered" when it's still in transit. If this is the case, please allow 2-3 days before reaching out. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have a damage grace period of three (3) days from the day you receive the package to notify us of any damage. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
