After you receive your order, you have 30 days to exchange or return it for store credit. Returns must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any tags st attached. Reach out to support@peazncarrots.com and if your return is accepted, we will send you a complimentary return label and ship out your exchange for free. If you would like store credit, send your purchase back, and we will send you an electronic gift card with the original order's amount (not including shipping). 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have a damage grace period of three (3) days from the day you receive the package to notify us of any damage. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
