I'm disappointed to see that my preferred style and size is currently unavailable. Can you tell me when it will be restocked?
Peaz N' Carrots is constantly updating and releasing new Limited Edition prints, so it's possible that once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked. We also offer the opportunity for pre-order for some styles and prints. To stay up-to-date on our latest launches, please follow us on Instagram and Facebook, and sign up for our email list. By doing so, you'll be the first to know when new products become available.
Why bamboo?
Bamboo is hypoallergenic, making it ideal for babies with eczema or delicate skin. Our custom bamboo fabric is also blended with 5% spandex, providing a comfortable and snug fit with plenty of stretch. What's more, bamboo fabric is great at wicking away moisture, keeping your baby dry and comfortable. Plus, it's temperature regulating, which means it keeps your little one cooler in warm weather and warmer in cold weather. And last but not least, bamboo is the most eco-friendly fabric on the planet!
Are changes or cancellations allowed for orders?
Unfortunately, after placing an order, it is not possible to make any changes or cancel it. However, we do provide a 14-day return policy if you have changed your mind. For further information, please visit our website.
In the event that you have made an error while entering the shipping address, please reach out to us at hello@peazncarrots.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible as most orders are processed and shipped within the same or next day. However, we will try our best to assist you.
How do I use my coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, you can use it during checkout. Simply enter the code in the designated field and enjoy your savings. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for items whose prices have changed after purchase. This is due to fluctuations in seasonal availability, promotions, and stock supply. Make sure to join our email list and follow us on Instagram and Facebook to be the first to know about upcoming sales, new discounts, and special promotions.
Wondering about the status of your order?
We’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package from our stockroom to your doorstep. Please note that once it is handed over to our mail carriers, we no longer have control over it.
Do I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, it should be sent to the email you provided at checkout immediately after placing your order. In case you haven't received it yet, kindly check your spam and junk folders. If you still can't find it, feel free to contact us at hello@peazncarrots.com and we'll gladly assist you.

We ship via USPS or UPS or FedEx for all orders.
Do you know when my order will be shipped?
We understand the anticipation of receiving a package, which is why we strive for quick processing. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within one or two business days, from Monday to Friday. This means that you or the recipient of the package will receive it promptly. However, standard shipping may take up to 3-5 business days to process. Once the package is handed to our carriers, it is beyond our control.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, you only need the order number and the name associated with the order; a receipt is not necessary. If you are exchanging a gift, please include a note in the package indicating that it is a gift to avoid contacting the buyer. Remember that exchanged items must be unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and tags. Keep in mind that all clearance/discounted products, loveys, and underwear are final sale. If you know the order number, send the return shipment with a note inside the box that includes your name (not the buyer's name), email address, and the order number. This will ensure that the buyer is not contacted, and the return credit will be applied to you. If you do not know the order number, please contact us with the buyer's name and item(s) you want to exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns, and we recommend using a delivery service with tracking to ensure that your return is protected. Once we receive and process your exchange, you will receive your credit by email with a merchandise credit.
